Purpose:
The Product Coordinator assists with the product creation process by managing the data entry process as well as supporting the coordination of key milestones. Eventually this will lead to opportunities to assist and lead product management and concept building.

Job Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for day to day data management within multiple systems. This includes entering and editing product data across multiple seasons inclusive of product features & benefits
  • Sets up showrooms for external and internal meetings (i.e. Collect/organize necessary samples, dress mannequins, merchandise walls with product from key stories)
  • Participates in all seasonal product review sessions, prepares documents for note taking remarking changes made on product
  • Executes research and competitive analysis projects as needed
  • Conducts seasonal buying volume analysis
  • Tracks, documents, unpacks, organizes and inventories all seasonal samples
  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of all relevant team documents
  • Coordinates sell in shoots in-house and offsite
  • Manages the approval process for all seasonal product imagery and copy
  • Potential opportunity to manage some account SMUs to build product management experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience required
  • 0-2 years of experience with data entry
  • Ability to handle high volume work, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize around key deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with managing data
  • Ability to manage multiple systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
